Biological Laboratory – We provide end-to-end customized biosafety laboratory construction services. In the initial phase, our team will collaborate with a professional risk control team to conduct a multidimensional, in-depth assessment of the hazard level of the experimental subjects, operational risk points, and daily operation and maintenance requirements. In strict compliance with the national "Technical Code for Construction of Biosafety Laboratories," we will delineate three functional zones—clean area, semi-contaminated area, and contaminated area—equipping the entire facility with independent closed-loop negative-pressure protection systems to completely eliminate the risk of hazardous aerosol dispersion. The building envelope will be fully constructed with steel panels, whose corrosion resistance meets the demands of frequent daily wiping with alcohol and disinfectants; all seams will be sealed with specialized sealants to ensure no dead zones. The system will also incorporate high-sealing interlocking air dampers, biosafety operation cabins, and exhaust/decontamination systems. Utilizing airflow simulation technology, we will optimize the layout of air supply and exhaust points to achieve a unidirectional airflow field within the facility, ensuring that three core performance indicators—pressure differential stability, air cleanliness, and exhaust disinfection efficiency—exceed industry standards. Throughout the system design phase, the principle of safety redundancy has been fully integrated: both the power and protection systems feature dual-channel redundant backups, while the operational and maintenance management platform incorporates real-time monitoring and early-warning capabilities to dynamically track key parameters—including airflow, pressure differential, temperature and humidity, and disinfection efficiency. This approach balances operational convenience with long-term durability, enabling scientific research institutions to conduct high-pathogenicity pathogen studies and vaccine development projects in full compliance with biosafety regulations, thereby establishing a robust safety barrier for pioneering advancements in life sciences.
1. What materials are used for your products?
We adopt high-purity, medical-grade raw materials for all purification and radiation protection products. Steel parts are treated with rust-proof and antibacterial processes, while shielding components use standard high-density lead materials. All raw materials meet international safety standards for stable performance and long service life.
2. Are your products compliant with international standards?
Yes. All products conform to global medical and cleanroom specifications and pass authoritative third-party testing. Complete qualification certificates and test reports are provided to support project acceptance and filing worldwide.
3. Can your products adapt to various global climates?
Our products feature excellent anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, oxidation-resistant and anti-deformation properties. They adapt to high temperature, humid, dry and coastal environments, maintaining stable performance with low maintenance needs.
4. What is your overseas after-sales response mechanism?
We deliver 24-hour online technical support for global clients. For urgent on-site issues, our professional overseas engineering team provides timely inspection, repair and guidance to ensure stable system operation.
5. Is sample confirmation available before bulk orders?
Yes. We support sample production and confirmation for standard and customized products. Clients can verify product quality and parameters in advance to avoid project risks and order deviations.
